For the first time the actual room was better than the picture. Very spacious, comfortable and clean, with a great view of Gunung Lambak. Probably have been renovated recently. Good job!

the view, environment and location of the hotel itself is pleasant and nice. The staff at the frontdesk on the day was very attentive to questions, speak kindly thus making the check in proceess easy. room was ok, reasonable with the price. parking space at the hotel also was spacious.

I liked everything from check-in, room facilities, cleanliness and check-out process. Staffs was very polite and kept updating me on my early check-in request, much appreciated! (Extra RM50 charge for early check-in upon availability). Free parking provided. Good water supply and pressure at the bathroom.

The interior looks so antique but stylish at the same time. The lift looks a bit scary but still ok. Room is big enough for 2 adults, 3 kids Not many choice for breakfast but it’s good & delicious

Clean and friendly/helpful staff. Rooms nicely renovated, comfortable. Even though location is not in town center but it's few minutes drive to our destination, ample parking space, nice environment. Room facing the 'big' mountain, nice view. Simple breakfast. We will come back again.

the room is spacious. very comfy with big window overlooking the garden. food is okay since they changed it from breakfast to sahur. staf is very friendly and polite.

Always a fan of this hotel when I'm in Kluang. Unfortunately this time stayed during the sudden flood period so it has been dam, cold and raining throughout my stay. The hotel was attentive enough to inform me through their Whatsapp channel (which I appreciate very much 😬) that their hot water supply is not available due to the thunderstorm.
